Please see the note from and back to Steve Willson of WXYZ, his e-mail is wilson@wxyz.com and would suggest sharing with him the facts you feel important to deal with the situation. Lets not just rattle on, however lets stick with the facts and how it affects our life each in a negative way.
Steve,
YES! This is totally crazy, the business doesn't have the proper land use permits to operate however the township turns a blind eye to it and will do nothing! Then when three kids are injured, they pretend to care and shut it down for a couple days and allow it to reopen! This thing is is surrounded by a residential neighborhood with a Sr complex across the street! We've meet with the Twp many times however they are afraid to take action while others are just in the plan ole boys club! I've attached a document that outlines many of the concerns and facts that we (the community) have shared with the township. As far as events, they are open 5 days a week! Thanks for taking the time to write!

Thank you for this. I had not heard of this issue before. Is this facility still being used for this kind of event? Are there similar risks at other local facilities? When is the next such event??
Steve
